So, you want one of our puppies? Take a seat!
The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us get to know you better. Remember; this is the beginning of a
relationship with us as your potential puppy's breeders. We want to match you with the right puppy, taking your
lifestyle and preferences into account. Please read through the form before beginning, and then answer these
questions as thoroughly as you can. I look forward to reviewing your application :)
Please keep in mind that not everyone who applies will be approved. We do not produce enough puppies
to meet the demand for our puppies, and we choose our puppy owners carefully. We work hard raising and
training these puppies correctly and will only place them in homes who will do the same.
